Competitive landscape, for reference

Quick reminder of who else an agency could go with instead of us: ESRI / ArcGIS (GIS software they'd have to run themselves), Mark43 (an Axon company — cloud RMS, an enterprise software sale), Motorola Solutions Command Center (same pattern — licensed software), PERF and IACP (nonprofit consulting, one-time studies), or just hiring a full-time analyst. None of them is an ongoing embedded analyst who shows up every week — that's the gap we sit in.

My take, happy to be argued out of it: of everything below, the Partnership Arc direction (in the "Current 3 Options" tab) is the strongest. It's the only one that's actually built around that competitive gap instead of just listing services — it tells the story of an ongoing partner, not a one-time purchase. It's also the biggest visual departure from the current site, so it's worth reacting to with fresh eyes rather than comparing it feature-by-feature to what's live now.
